We’re the cargobike experts in east London!

We’ve been specialising in cargobikes for a long time – since 2011! We only deal in cargobikes, both electric and non-electric, and we are experts at helping families and businesses choose the right cargobikes for them. We curate the best brands and don’t bamboozle you with too much choice. There’s a great variety to choose from and we’ll guide you through with sensitivity, listening to your needs and offering our Test Ride and Hire scheme so that you can try-before-you-buy with our expert advice and attention.

We help others

We’re a Community Interest Company which means that our profits help the community, we don’t have any shareholders. Buying from us means that you will be helping us fund our community projects helping others in Hackney and elsewhere in London, such as the Family Cycling Library, which enables families to try out cycling equipment for free, and the Mums & Babes By Bike project, which helped mums on low incomes and single mums with recycled bikes and confidence training.

Excellent maintenance package

We offer a comprehensive service package to support you in your exciting and life-changing cycling choice. It’s important to keep it in tip-top condition because wear-and-tear happens on even the highest quality vehicle. Don’t let the maintenance slip – you will become very reliant on your brilliant new mode of transport! Usually you will get 6 months of free servicing, followed by our special ‘customer rate’ for subsequent services. See our Repairs page for more details.

Discounted prices often available

Our Hire service is an integral part of our business and although mostly our vehicles do not stick around for long in the Hire fleet before they get purchased, sometimes they will have gone through enough hires that we start to offer a discount to encourage the sale. In the majority of cases we still warranty the vehicle as if new because we look after them in our fleet very closely and frequently service them in between Hires. So keep an eye out for the Sale vehicles on the Buy pages. Note that the Sale prices do not apply to new vehicles that are not yet in the Hire scheme, nor if you want to place a new order for a vehicle.
