Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All sales in person are final. We can only offer you a full refund or exchange if a defect or manufacturing fault with the product is found or if the product is not as described.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Helmets, and any safety equipment cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carryme.org.uk and brimg your item once instructed to: 2 Powerscroft Rd, Lower Clapton, London E5 0PU

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit note for the value of your return.
