Cargobike Trial Period

Not sure whether a cargobike will work for you? Curious about the practicalities or want to be sure you’re all going to enjoy this life-changing decision?

First, book a free Test Ride appointment with us! We will be able to discuss all of the options available for your requirements and you will be able to try out various cargobikes.

Then if you’ve now got a good idea of the type of bike you would like but still have some uncertainty we offer a popular trial period service from our base in east London so that you can try-before-you-buy. Receive up to 100% of your fee back when purchasing after your trial period!

Trial Period Rates

• Individual/Family: £250 for up to TWO weeks trial. This is a minimum fee. You don’t have to keep it for the full two weeks, but the minimum charge of £250 still applies.
• Business: Special rates may apply. FREE for one week for ZEN members.
• Commercial purpose e.g. filming or a special event such as a wedding: Special rates and terms apply

It’s £250 for up to TWO weeks for any bike so long as you’re trialling as an individual or a family and not a business (special rates may apply) or for a commercial purpose such as filming or a special event such as a wedding (special rates and terms definitely apply).

We do not lease cargobikes, so if you’re looking for long-term rentals instead of buying one, we’re not your solution.
