Contact

We operate on an appointment-only basis, which means you must book to come in and see us.

You can drop us a quick email info@carryme.org.uk and you’ll get an autoreply with a link to a quick survey if you’re intending to hire or purchase a cargobike. This helps us to help you; understanding your needs and giving the best advice. Once you’ve filled that in we can get back to you. To finalise details usually it’s best for us to speak on the phone, you can call us on 07725 466842 to talk it through so we can let you know what’s available, and when.

Email to info@carryme.org.uk. Please include your phone number.

Appointments

We’re based in East London, E5 0PU (borough of Hackney) and operate on an appointment-only basis. Full instructions are given on the making of an appointment. We like to give families and all of our customers our undivided attention. This is so that we can fully advise you and show you what might work best for your needs!

Please consider the environment when you choose how to travel to us! We’re pretty sure you’ll be keen to keep our air as clean as possible and reduce your carbon footprint.

Nearest public transport

By bicycle

On occasion we may be able to look after your bicycle (at your own risk) while you hire one of our cargobikes. There are also public bike racks outside, at your own risk!
