This pre-loved trike is just 3 years old (3170 on the clock). The owner hasn’t ridden it since summer 2025 so it’s only had use for 2.5 years. They have moved house now, so have no need for the Nihola any more, sadly! We have completely refurbished this machine with an entirely new, nippy Promovec motor and rear wheel, new battery, and a bunch of other replacements. If you bought the whole package new today it would cost over £5853.

Proudly used by the Danish Royal Family, the Nihola range is classically Danish in its design. It’s a brilliant little trike for the less confident cyclist and also the seasoned cyclist who wants to go fast. The unique ‘Ackerman’ steering mechanism means that the front wheels turn but the box stays fixed to the frame, and gives the Nihola a uniquely low centre of gravity for better balancing. The steel construction is lightened by the careful use of materials to produce a lightweight trike with a low centre of gravity, stability and great cornering. The cabin is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and has a greater level of protection from the welded double tube frame and sturdy waterproof fabric cover. Children absolutely love these cargo-bikes, which can be used as wendy-houses when not being used as transport!
